Digital Online Goals School

I’m in the process of creating a complicated website, log-in, message boards, payment system etc.. that is beyond my skill level.

I’ve only created a couple of simple websites myself, so I’ve decided to hire a web/programmer – designer to do this for me.

My questions are:

1) Do I need to hire both a programmer and designer?
2) Should I be paying a monthly fee for website maintenance?
3) What would I be looking at in terms of price for the creation, and maintenance fees? I see prices all over the map.
4) And what sort of skill level do I need to manage this website myself? (I only know HTML, and I consider myself a beginner at PHP and SQL)

These include everything you want already built in. They are free and Opensource. You shouldn’t have to pay anyone else.

All you have to do is add a host and tweak the pages with HTML.
