The reason behind this action is that we have received several complaints from our customers that the templates used in this SiteBuilder might contain copyrighted pictures without proper licenses. We have contacted the company owner of the sitebuilding software and its templates to provide us with verified licenses for the images mentioned in the complaints. Unfortunately, they failed to do so. Copyright violation is a very serious problem, which no reputable service provider should allow. In such cases, the end users of copyrighted materials become liable for the mistakes of the original provider. That is why we are not willing to continue our partnership with the provider of the Zen SiteBuilder and we believe it is in our customers’ best interest to discontinue the service completely.
