 Learn how to simply and easily create cartoon versions of any images you want to apply the effects to. Adam is using Adobe illustrator CS4 and combininf a few effects to create a cartoon version of himself to use on the web. Since Adam is ugly this technique will help to make him appear not so ugly, or maybe he will be uglier.
