Do you run an online business?

What techniques have you used to generate consistent sales?
I do NOT want "buy this guru’s package" or "go to my blog" – I am looking for concrete responses of techniques that WORK.

For example, the most effective marketing tool for my book "Aggressive Pleadings For The Non-Custodial Father" was FORUMS.

I have not yet found a comparable marketing tool for my latest: "Don’t Just Build A List – Build A COMMUNITY"

If you are making money consistently off the Internet – share your knowledge AND your link (as a reference, of course).

Yes, i have a domain but i have no marketing plan yet. if someone wants to advertise at my site, i would give it for free.

    Let me get this straight. You’re selling a book on how to make a community (supposedly for business-related use) and you don’t know how to make a community to sell your book?

    Doesn’t that attack your credibility if your own methods don’t work?
