I am looking for suggestions about niche markets that you believe should be filled e.g. i am very tall(6’8) and average build, even so i find it hard to buy clothes because as the length increases the width is too big

cafe/restaurants that sell healthy children’s meals , instead of everything with chips.

I am the webmaster for an up-and-coming indy promotion’s website and am looking for help from true wrestling fans who can help me make the site top-notch in time for our WrestleMania-type show, Day of Destiny. Any advice or comments about the site would be great. Thanks to all!

I’m in the process of creating a complicated website, log-in, message boards, payment system etc.. that is beyond my skill level.

I’ve only created a couple of simple websites myself, so I’ve decided to hire a web/programmer – designer to do this for me.

My questions are:

1) Do I need to hire both a programmer and designer?
2) Should I be paying a monthly fee for website maintenance?
3) What would I be looking at in terms of price for the creation, and maintenance fees? I see prices all over the map.
4) And what sort of skill level do I need to manage this website myself? (I only know HTML, and I consider myself a beginner at PHP and SQL)

All you have to do is add a host and tweak the pages with HTML.

What techniques have you used to generate consistent sales?
I do NOT want "buy this guru’s package" or "go to my blog" – I am looking for concrete responses of techniques that WORK.

For example, the most effective marketing tool for my book "Aggressive Pleadings For The Non-Custodial Father" was FORUMS.

I have not yet found a comparable marketing tool for my latest: "Don’t Just Build A List – Build A COMMUNITY"
